Quality

Every piece of jewelry is made by Jeannine Komush and her assistant Alice Mendoza in the Tangleweeds  Jack London Square studio in Oakland. Due to the handmade nature of all Tangleweeds pieces, very slight overall variations in texture, size, and details may occur. You can rest assured that you will receive an artfully and carefully hand-forged piece of jewelry. Each piece will have it's own unique beauty and integrity.

Damages/Repairs

We want you to love your jewelry! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item(s) please contact us at tangleweedsjewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of receipt of payment if you decide you would like to return or exchange the item. Once we receive your email, we will email back with a “refund item number.” Once you receive this email from us, your return needs to be in the mail within three business days and a tracking number must be emailed to us the same day. Returns without tracking numbers will be mailed back to the customer. Please do not ship back the item without first contacting us for a refund item number. Full refunds or item exchanges will be given, minus the cost of shipping, within this timeframe. Please note that items purchased on sale with a discount code are only eligible for an exchange. Items purchased from the "sale" section of the shop are non-refundable and non-returnable. 

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at tangleweedsjewelry@gmail.com immediately and we will endeavor to replace the item as quickly as possible or arrange for a refund if that is your preference. Replacements will be shipped once the damaged item is returned to Tangleweeds headquarters. Repairs to purchased jewelry will be made free of charge up to (and no more than) 30 days from receipt of payment.

Shipping

We ship all retail orders via USPS priority mail, which includes tracking. All orders ship within 7-10 business days of purchase (which does not include weekends or major holidays.)  Expedited shipping is possible but not always available. Please contact before purchase if you would like to arrange for expedited shipping.
